If you've never done a creative photography session for yourself, now is the time! It's empowering, exciting, and fun. Finding the right photographer to fit your vibe and create something magical will make all the difference. Photography isn't just for teenagers and corporate headshots anymore.

I did senior portraits for this family a few years ago and we had a lot of fun working together. This is Jill - the senior's gorgeous mom. We've been chatting for awhile about getting headshots of her and our ideas just circled around the ethos for a long time.

Finally, she showed me some dresses and my mind started racing. I knew what I wanted to do with her. I wanted to portray power, freedom, and taking on the world. So we did a mixture of a downtown Sex and the City vibe with a skyscraper rooftop 'on top of the world' vibe.

Working with adults is so fun because they're always worried about how to pose and what to do with their hands, etc. Good news....I will boss you around the whole time and tell you exactly how I see the set going. :) I am great at posing for your best angles, getting flattering shapes, and working with any wind we may have (girl, the wind this day was BRUTAL....but we made it work!).

You never have to know what you're doing when you come to TTW because I do. That's my job, not yours.

Working with Jill was easy because she never hesitated on a single thing I asked of her....she moved like she'd done it her whole life. But you don't have to know a thing. You don't even have to be super comfortable. I got you on both accounts!

Of course I work with all ages (except toddlers/babies), but I'd love to have more adult photoshoots! We as adults don't get to be in front of the camera very often, and even less so in a creative sense.

It's so uplifting and fun to just be the center of attention for a bit. We're always the ones doing the serious work, making things happen for other people, checking all the boxes that need to be checked. Let's give ourselves a little joy and some fun memories!
