This form is for individual images. It includes 3 dance photos as well as 3 headshots. The team/group photos are FREE and do not require an order form.

STEP ONE: If you are ordering for multiple dancers, please update the quantity on this page to reflect this.

STEP TWO: On the next page, fill in all of your info

**STEP THREE: On the final page, there will be a space for you to write your dancers' names. Please be sure to do this step. Then fill out your payment info.

Digital files will be available for download about a week after picture day. TA will email the link out to you directly. You can always contact me with questions!
