This form is for individual photos. Team/group photos are FREE and do not require an order form.

**STEP THREE: On the final page, there will be a space for you to write your performers' names. Then fill out your payment info.

Digital files will be available for download about a week after picture day. TA will email the link out to you directly. You can always contact me with questions.
